How we use information

• Respond to questions and provide requested customer service.
• Manage memberships, classes, appointments, payments, programs, and account communications.

Text messages

With appropriate consent, Seung-ni Fit Club may send customer-care text messages about inquiries, scheduling, classes, memberships, accounts, and related service matters. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send offers, events, and club news.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages from the sending number, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing a membership or any other service. See our SMS Terms for additional information.

When information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, such as payment, scheduling, communications, hosting, analytics, and professional-service providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. These disclosures do not change our commitment that mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Children's privacy

Our websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.
