Programs and message types

Seung-ni Fit Club may use text messaging for two distinct purposes:

• Customer care and service: Responses to your questions, scheduling or class information, membership and account assistance, reminders, and other service-related conversations.
• Optional promotions: Club news, events, programs, offers, and similar marketing messages, but only after a separate promotional opt-in where required.

How consent is obtained

Depending on the conversation or program, consent may be provided by initiating a text conversation, making a verbal request, completing a written agreement, or selecting a clearly labeled optional checkbox on a web form. We will use the consent only for the Seung-ni Fit Club messaging purpose described when it is collected.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, account activity, and any programs you choose. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to a message to stop further messages from that sending number. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, email midland@seungni.com, or call (989) 837-1700.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and protect information.

Eligibility and changes

You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. We may change or discontinue a messaging program and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
